We are a one-on-one studio spa specializing in making our clients feel their best with customized services such as facials, waxing, and many more. Our goal is to help our clients feel empowered and embrace the skin they’re in. Melissa and Nidia are both licensed Estheticians with Melissa specializing in facials and beauty treatments and Nidia specializing in face & body waxing. **Sunday Appointments available by special request and must be pre-booked--specific days will be announced on our Instagram stories as they become available.** Available by appointment only, no walk-ins. All forms must be completed prior to your scheduled service date. This applies to all clients to keep our records accurate and up to date. All deposits and retail sales are final and non-refundable. Guests who book via Instagram or text message are asked to please have a debit/credit card ready to pay deposit and instantly hold your booking spot. Guests who book with a credit card that has insufficient funds or prevent their card from being charged a cancellation fee will be blocked from booking any future appointments with Honey Bee Spa Studio. ⚠️LASH LIFTS/BROW LAMINATION PATCH TEST⚠️ Patch testing for allergic reactions is required for lash lifts and brow lamination services at least 24-48 hours before your scheduled service date. It is the clients responsibility to book accordingly. If you book the aforementioned services without a patch test, then you automatically consent to waive the patch test. If after 10 minutes into your appointment time you’re late without calling, your appointment will be marked as a no-show canceled, and a cancellation fee will be applied (nonrefundable). Upon booking, guests agree to ALL the terms and policies of Honey Bee Spa Studio listed on our website. Inclement Weather ⛈️: Honey Bee Spa Studio does not believe in putting our guests at risk should there be inclement weather (heavy rain, snow, high winds, etc.). For your safety, should there be inclement weather, you will be contacted at least two hours prior to your scheduled appointment time to reschedule to a later, more convenient date. Illness 😷: If you are feeling unwell 24 hours prior to your appointment date, please contact us to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you should exhibit signs of illness or temperature of 99.9 or higher upon arrival, your appointment will have to be rescheduled. Availability 🤳🏼: All services are bookable online via our website text message or DM. If you book via text, please be prepared to pay a non-refundable deposit with a debit or credit card. If you’d like guaranteed availability, we highly encourage you to pre-book your next appointment while in the studio after your appointment. Same day availability will be posted on our Instagram page if and when a spot becomes available. Loyalty Program & Referrals 👯‍♀️: Our business card doubles as a loyalty card and will be kept on file in our studio. After your service, it will be stamped and dated. Complete 9 appointments and get the 10th appointment: 1 treatment at 30% off. A new loyalty card will be given when all boxes have been validated. Contact 📩 The best way to reach us is to text us at 914-306-5776 or email us during business hours so as not to disturb our clients during their session. You will receive a reply within 48 hours. What to expect on Appointment Day🧖‍♀️: PARKING: There is plenty of street parking available as well as Municiple parking. We advise using the municipal parking lot to allow for more time during your service. Parking will be validated, with proof for those visiting with their own transportation. We will pay for your parking so you don't have to worry about adding more time to the meter mid-service. We want our guests to feel comfortable and at ease at all times. Please come dressed in loose fitting comfortable clothing, if you can. Depending on your service, you may be asked to change into a towel wrap and/or disposable undergarments and all jewelry removed and placed in your own personal bin. I urge you to leave your valuable items at home. Honey Bee Spa Studio is not responsible for lost or misplaced items. If you wear contact lenses and have booked a service that requires your eyes to be closed for long periods of time (like a facial or a lash lift, etc.) please bring a contact carrying case for safekeeping. Please text us as soon as you have arrived so that we may buzz you into the building and into our suite during off-peak business hours. Our suite is located on the main floor directly across the hallway (Suite 104) in Sugared Aesthetics & Wellness. Once you arrive, I will walk you to our room and will go over your consultation documents and go over any questions or concerns you may have regarding your treatment(s). Then you’ll be instructed on how to prepare for your treatment, and the service will commence. After your service is completed, we will discuss aftercare instructions, continue to schedule your next appointment, and check out.
